Korean varsity to donate football boots to ASV

Academia Sports Village (ASV) on Wednesday said that on learning about their initiative to provide football training to underprivileged children, Oh Hae Jong, a Head Coach of Chung-Ang University of South Korea has written expressing his desire to donate new football boots.

Academia Sports Village, at Aziz Nagar in Moinabad mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, is a platform to provide sports training to students from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) families, studying in Government schools. ASV in a statement said, “The new facility is off to a spectacular start. Apart from the impressive turnout of trainees for the tennis sessions, there is some fabulous development on the football front. The football ground that is picking up momentum despite the showers has been noticed and acknowledged by international coaches with whom we have long-term tie-up.”
